The course introduces SAP’s market leading Data Warehousing solution SAP NetWeaver BW/4HANA.
As a first step, the theoretical basics of the SAP BW/4HANA system are introduced. Connected to this theoretical introduction, the acquired knowledge is applied practically to a living SAP system by solving case studies. The case studies are performed in an SAP education system. The used IDES (Internet Demonstration and Evaluation System) represents a fully developed model enterprise. It is based on the standard SAP ERP system and offers the corporate structure and the data basis to accomplish extensive analyses in the SAP BW system.The participants learn how to work with the SAP BW/4HANA system using the user interfaces SAP GUI and SAP HANA Studio.
